Zombie Abroad: Preface

My photo
Welcome to my little slice of the web. I hope you find the things in here as entertaining to read and view as we do making them. Earlier this year, I relocated to Southern Georgia from the province of Alberta in Canada in order to enjoy some time with my Parents. One day not long after the move I was out driving with my Mom and we began discussing ideas for Halloween (decorations, costumes, etc.) and I fell on the idea of dressing as a Zombie. One thought lead to another and soon we were planning a photo journal centered around the travels and travails of a Zombie hitchhiking through Georgia. Well, the costume came together quickly enough, and on All Hallows Eve elicited fear and excitement from Children and Parents alike. One young lady even jumped from her car and took to running as I shambled to her door. That cinched it. Carvin' Marvin was born and now shambles around Rural South GA looking for interesting things to see and share as only a Zombie could...

Summer House: East of Bartow, GA

During a long awaited hiatus, Marvin took a break and spent some time in his abandoned "home-away-from-crypt" to relax, lay back, and maybe ambush a hitchhiker or two.

Lovely.

The bustling metropolis of Bartow

Bidding a fond farewell to Bartow's "long term" retired populace, Marvin contemplates his next few miles. Dublin's nice this time of year...

Bartow plays host to a large gathering of Lifetime retirees.
